Care designed for older adults — memory, mobility and falls, medications, and staying independent at home.

Meet the physician
Dra. Daisy Báez-Franceschi, MD
Board certified in Internal Medicine and in Geriatrics, and a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus. She served as an Associate Professor at the UPR School of Medicine for sixteen years, and cares for adults and older adults in San Juan.
